Leitlinienprogramm OnkologieHodgkin Lymphom

12. Qualitätsindikatoren – Hodgkin Lymphom

Version 3.2 · Oktober 2022 · AWMF 018/029OL
Leitlinienprogramm Onkologie · Deutsche Krebsgesellschaft · Deutsche Krebshilfe · AWMF

However, no relevant differences in baseline characteristics or treatment group allocation between patients with or without new information; possible bias due to loss of follow-up, due to the long follow-up time (10 and 15 years); however, the differenct follow-up intervals was  accounted for through Kaplan-Meier-based analysis methods. Time-to-event endpoints allowed to include all patients in the analyses, censored at the last date of follow-up.

The median observation time for patients included was 18 months.

  • Study Duration: not reported
  • Follow-up: 12 months
  • ITT: not reported
  • Randomisation: yes
  • Blinding: yes
  • Funding: not reported
  • Other limitations: The original analysis kept the randomisation. However, here, the predictive value of PET for events within 12 months was evaluated, this is not treated as randomised trial, but rather as prognostic study
